This server is honestly going to be very, very small - I don't think people realise how few a hundred people actually is, and I don't see more than that staying on the server once the buzz wears off. To my mind (and this is the advice I was given by many a successful guildleader), the best way to recruit quality people is to primarily conduct yourself as a guild in a way which will attract quality people - this server's small size means that idiots are going to stand out like sore thumbs, and within days if someone decides to be a jerk "for a laugh" they'll find their reputations ruined very quickly. If we as a guild build up a reputation for being helpful, professional, honest, trustworthy, having level heads and not screaming each time someone takes a mob out of our camps, and doing so consistently (understanding everyone has "off" days), then I think we'll do fine. We may not be a huge guild, but I imagine even if we need help from other guilds to accomplish goals (and honestly, no guild is going to be big enough to do everything on its own at the start), our reputations will precede us enough we'll have no trouble doing so. Just a thowt. I agree.

In my honest opinion if we have 4 or 5 groups in 1 raid, and if we work as a team, then i have no doubt in my mind that we can take down any boss and people from other guilds will want to raid with us just for fun, so if we keep a good raiding group together the others will come to us and it wont matter how small the private server is, as long as we have the good groups we should experience the fullness of EQ in every way.
