A new page has been added to the website. Recruitment. You know what that means, right? We must focus on recruitment now. Everyone, start advertising for our guild, ask your friends, either new to the game or veterans if they are interested. I will gladly take my time off to help newbies. I cannot recruit alone!

Also, that page I think should either have a different background pic or different text color. It's really hard to read. And for reference, you could just add a little entry for it to the guild applications.

It's better, but still a bit rough. Maybe photoshop the fire out? (I hate to say that, it's a really cool pic.)

I'll think of something. The pic is absolutely amazing, took me hours to find. I have one almost identical, except with Vox. Keeping that one for later use.

I'm all for recruiting, but you gotta understand, that's not what it's all about. If this wasn't eq classic, I'd criticize you for your plan to reward people for recruiting, due to the obvious exploitability of the plan. Just remember why people join guilds and we should be fine. Just be cool with people, help them when they need it, and be enthusiastic toward guild groups. Oh, don't forget to commend people for helping others =) Positive reinforcement goes a long way.

That is true, but I also know that EQC had a lot of competition, and as far as numbers go, we are behind. I think for now I will tear down the rewards thing, and see if the amazing people we are getting continues, we have made it a long way since November 2007.

Well, I don't want to go telling you want to do. It's your guild, after all. Just trying to point out that the best way of recruiting is word of mouth, and reputation... well, from my experience, anyway. =)
