...=/ I was looking for a thread somewhere, not sure where or what about that...so I guess I'll post it here.
Honestly, I like the idea of not getting into raiding until Kunark opens up. But once Kunark opens, are we gonna jump right into Kunark or take a step back and look at we can do? Granted we'll have to do Naggy/Vox because of the number of Paladins we have, but what about Phinny? Wouldn't be too bad an idea to try out the Planes either. Do the quests for armor in Sky, raid PoH and PoF.
Naggy, Vox, and Phinny would be a good way to strategize raids, see how everyone fares and such and how well we handle it. PoH and PoF could be the "test" so to speak, to see how well we work together and strategize. And PoS...those quests just give really awesome armor. =P Maybe after all that's done, we can start getting into Epics more, though I expect those'll be the first couple raids we do, and get into more of the Kunark stuff, like Trak and the other dragons and such. Just a thought. =)
Honestly, I don't know and won't know until it happens. And honestly, the guild chemistry as of right now in EQClassic is way off since M&M disbanded. The "Big Three" were BDA and M&M, and us as a distant third. Now it's basically BDA and us as a distant second.
Chances are we are probably going to be doing whatever raids are available and make most sense, epic and other quest raids will be done. I have talked to a couple of the BDA officers and they have informed me when they go on raids they would welcome non-guildees to tag along to get whatever quest piece they need as long as nobody else in their guild has a desire for it so THO will likely do the same thing.
